When catastrophe struck on Boxing Day in 2004, the whole world viewed in horror since the tsunami devastated life and communities across Southeast Asia. Out of the tragedy, Hands Over the H2o emerged being a beacon of hope, bringing with each other persons dedicated to supporting Thailand's most susceptible small children. These days, this outstand
